Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

Rods are shipped for FREE through Australia Post and will need to be signed for.
Reels will incour a shipping cost of $10.00. Flairin can provide Express Post shipping if within Australia if required. Please contact us to arrange this option. Tackle is usually dispatched within 2-3 days of ordering as most are kept in stock.

Items are mailed from Hunter Valley NSW (Nick McKay) via Australia Post. Please note, that once the items leave our hands, the delivery time is out of our hands, however we can give you tracking information where relevant. For those in regional areas or western states, please allow extra time. Generally items will arrive within 7 business days of posting - rural areas may require more time

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns simply for change of mind. If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and provide a photo of the damaged goods. We will replace your rod or reel.

If you need to return an item, please use the Contact form or email nick86-mckay@hotmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on next steps.
